Please note that certain custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refunds for Different Cases

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will either issue a replacement at no extra charge or provide a full refund.

4. Cancellations and Refunds for Cancelled Orders
